Arrival between 1pm & 9pm.

Departure 11.55am at the latest or an extra night stay may be charged.

Tents standard tent pitch up to 6 mtrs in any direction (overall pitch area 27½’ or 8.5 mtrs wide), tents over 6mtrs in any direction will require 2 pitches for fire regulations.

Kingsbridge reserves the right to assign different pitches on the day of arrival to suit daily conditions.

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we may not be able to honour your booking if the details you provide us with are incorrect.

Prices are inclusive of Vat. (3 nights minimum booking at Bank Holidays) 1 night bookings only the day before arrival

Day visitors by arrangement only between the hours of 10am & 10pm and must text the name of the person they are visiting and car registration to 07774842199 before arrival.

Touring Caravans/Motor homes and tents
No deposit is taken, full payment before 7 days of arrival date. Cancellations after 7 days of arrival date, NO REFUND will be given. Bookings are advisable especially at Bank and School holidays.

Bank Holidays (minimum 3 nights).

One night bookings will only be taken the day before arrival, full payment when booked.

Hire Unit
Full payment of £500 on the day of booking. If cancelled before 30 days of arrival £50 cancellation fee will be charged. After 7 days of arrival NO REFUND will be given.

BACS, Debit Card or Cash payment (We do not accept credit cards)

Please ensure you have suitable insurance to cover cancellation or financial loss. Payment of your booking fees constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
